It’s Friday y’all! Woot Woot! I wanted to say turn up! But, I can hear my 17-year-old saying, “Moooooooomm, Stop (with a side-eye and booted lips)!

Anywho. Time for another ‘Disrumption’! Black women entrepreneurs are doing it and doing it well all over this country and the world. And today, like we do every Friday, we are taking time out to introduce you to another Lady Creator who’s building her business on her own terms.

Meet Lillie Mae of Glambitious Empowerment Network & Lillie Mae PR Agency. She started her business at 27 years young. Eight (8) years later, her team of three (3) provides two facets of business. The Glambitious Empowerment Network provides resources, exposure and membership opportunities to female business owners. And, Lillie Mae PR is a full service agency providing branding, event & pr services.

I love that her playlist is filled with fun anthems by ladies that uplift on the journey. And she rounds it out with a wholesome reminder of our beauty from a man who makes music that touches your heart and soul.

So pop on her playlist as you move throughout your day. You deserve a rump shake to celebrate a week of building. Follow Lillie and us on social media. And let us know in the comments what big moves you made or made it through this week.

Don’t forget to check in next Friday for another Lady Creator and her ‘Disrumption’ Playlist.

Love the entire ‘Mali Is’ album, but this song is one of my favorite mellow tunes to listen to during the work day.
