Yes, Friday! We made it through another week! I don’t know about you, but, this week challenged me from every angle — work, home and family! So getting to today and having the excuse to ‘disrumpt’ the regular routine is just what I need.

Today’s Disrumption is brought to us by Conchetta Jones, Founder/CEO of She’s All That! Woman, a Personal Development and Lifestyle Coaching practice. She is also a member of The BOSS Network. When I initially reached out to Cameka Smith, the founder of The BOSS Network, requesting to feature her in the Disrumption Series, her immediate response was to share the spotlight with an elite group of entrepreneurs in her network. That warmed my heart! So, I’m delighted to introduce you to Conchetta today and some of her network peers will be spotlighted later in our weekly series.

Conchetta inspires with her playlist and her leap, investing in herself and her growth by starting her business in her 50’s. Her start in 2015 defied societal messages that say she should be slowing down, not ramping up. See what keeps her going, moving toward the ambitious goals she sets for herself and guides others to do in her practice as a life coach.

When I am putting together the post for publishing, I listen to the featured playlist. Conchetta’s song curation brought me just where I needed to go after a long week! Part uplift, part wind down, part reminder of who and whose I am. I just encourage you to get some of what she’s dishing. We could all use it on this journey.

Thank you Conchetta!

Tech Hacks: 1) My android for social media posts and FB live. 2) S Health app to keep track of my steps during the day and my 3) Selfie stick because I’m a selfie queen :)

Disrumption Playlist

Check it out on Spotify here — http://bit.ly/disrumption6_conchettajones_spotify

Song #1 — Golden by Jill Scott

This is my anthem. I am living my life like it’s golden — finally.

Song #2 — It’s My Time by Kelly Price

My other anthem!

Song #3 — Turn Down for What by Lil Jon

It’s a reminder that I don’t have to dull down the things I want to do.

Song #4 — Go Get It by Mary Mary

Just a reminder to stop sitting on my talents and to go after what I want.

Song #5 — The Impossible Dream by Luther Vandross

A reminder that anything is possible if I go for it.

Song #6 — Encourage Yourself by Donald Lawrence

Sometimes you just have to encourage yourself. In this walk you might make moves that the people close to you don’t understand. But you have to do what you feel and encourage yourself through it all.

Song #7 — Praise is What I Do by Shekinah Glory

This song puts me in an attitude of gratitude when I know that I have been blessed or when I feel the need for a blessing.
